Make Up Lessons - Please Read Carefully
This form is for 1 student. Siblings please create separate requests.
This form is processed by a database so incorrect spelling or unknown emails will bounce.
Make-Up lessons are only booked 1 week ahead - send request in the week you want the lesson.
Requests are queued and processed within 24 hours so you won't usually get a reply immediately.
Once processed all suitable classes in the next 7 days will be generated and sent.
p.s. this form sometimes looks like it hasn't accepted the date or didn't send but it is a visual issue and does work / send.
