We are a Creative Kids provider so you can redeem your $100 Voucher here.

Just complete this form with 1) the student's full name as on your medicare card, 2) their date of birth, and 3) the 16 digit Creative Kids number.

All NSW residents with school aged children get a $100 voucher. If you haven't applied for one go to the Service NSW website and search for Creative Kids.
